Hi, I’m Arielle—founder of Satori Financial and former Chief Financial Officer at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, a registered investment advisor under the Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD) umbrella. WDIP is a private equity real estate firm with over $6B in assets under management and $2B in limited partner capital, serving institutional investors across a diverse portfolio of debt and equity strategies.

For more than a decade, I’ve led at the highest levels of finance—overseeing accounting, finance, treasury, FP&A, audit, tax, and both RIA and SEC compliance. I directed operations across six investment funds, nine separately managed accounts, three REITs, and a community of more than 1,000 limited partners.

I oversaw financial operations for a firm that reached $25M in annual revenue, managing complex equity and debt structures, carried interest, and advanced fund models involving multi-tiered waterfalls. I helped launch my firm’s first private Debt Fund, which deployed over $500M in its first few months. I’ve supported M&A transactions, led IPO readiness and SOX implementation, safeguarded client assets during a banking crisis, and built audit-ready systems trusted by boards, Big Four auditors, the SEC, and institutional investors alike.
Before entering the private equity world, I spent four years in public accounting, where I focused on tax services for high-net-worth clients and multistate corporations, followed by three years at a Fortune 500 logistics company with over $5B in annual revenue—supporting SEC reporting, M&A accounting, and internal controls.

Unlike many fractional CFOs, I’m not just an expensive bookkeeper—I’m your credentialed partner. I’ve held the CFO title, scaled high-performing teams with 0% turnover, and maintained an active CPA license for over a decade. I bring the same technical rigor and financial clarity to purpose-driven entrepreneurs that I once brought to billion-dollar capital partners.
Originally from the Midwest, I moved to Denver in 2018 in search of more sun and a more active lifestyle. Today, I live in the City Park neighborhood with my partner and our two rescue pups. When I’m not deep in a financial model, I’m hiking, practicing Himalayan Kriya Yoga, reading Jungian psychology, or planning my next trip—ideally to Porto, where the rhythm of life reminds me how ease and excellence can coexist.
